For groups of 6-19 you can book online. For groups of 19+ you can contact us by:

Once we have reserved your chosen performance, time, date and seats we will e-mail you a reservation letter with all of this information. This email will also include your payment due date, a breakdown of the total to pay and information on how payment can be made. Once we have received payment, your tickets will be distributed by your chosen delivery method.
For Groups of 6-19 purchased via our website any applicable groups rate will be automatically applied.
The discounts we can offer vary depending on the production, so it’s always best to have a chat with our team to see what we can offer.
Group bookings of 20+ will receive one free group booker ticket, unless otherwise stated. Our Made in Northampton productions have a group rate that is applicable on the top two price bands and is available for all performances except a Friday & Saturday evening.
We unfortunately cannot add a discount retrospectively.
The balance for your Group Booking must be paid as a whole, unfortunately we cannot take payment for individual tickets.
By Card: Card payments can be done over the phone Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 6pm or in person at the box office Tuesday to Saturday 12pm – 6pm. Please have your order number with you when making payment.
By Invoice: To request an invoice please contact [email protected] or call the box office Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 6pm. Please note only businesses and educational establishments are able to pay by invoice, not individual accounts. Payment can be made by BACS, Company Cheque or over the phone with a card. Once an invoice has been requested you will be liable for the number of tickets stated on the invoice. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged once payment has been taken, or the invoice has been raised.
By Cheque: Regrettably we are no longer able to accept personal cheques as payment. Business and organisation cheques should be made payable to Northampton Theatre Trust.
Royal & Derngate is a registered charity and does not charge VAT.
No, just the lead booker will receive the e-tickets on behalf of everyone. If your party is planning on arriving individually then we can send printed tickets which can be distributed so group members can gain entry individually.
Schools and educational groups will be send seating maps of your allocated seats to use in lieu of tickets. The theatre staff will also have copies of these maps on hand.
